Roman and his playcalling deserves a lot of this blame. We should have opened the 3rd pounding the ball with the same plays we had big gains on during the 1st quarter. Instead he goes Pistol and tries to get Kap throwing. This was the same outsmarting he did on us during the Superbowl when we had 1st and goal at the 7.

Looking at the replays, Kap did have other WRs open, but either his timing was off and didn't pull the trigger when they were open, or he instead would rather force the ball to Boldin.

Our defense isn't shutdown, and hasn't been able to create points. Their ability to get penalized on 3rd down to extend plays for opposing teams is also something that needs to be coached up.

still a whole lot of football to be played. Saints will be back in the picture, bears look legit. but other than that its completely wide open. we will be one of the teams there at the end, just like i expect packers and falcons to turn it around.

Our only hope is a wildcard. No way we can beat Seattle with this team.

Even a wildcard is a stretch if we keep playing like we do. But with the injuries, the playcalling, and Aldon out for who knows how long.....we might be playing dazed and confused the rest of the season.

Its the offensive frustrations thats carrying over to the defense.

The trust might not be there with the other receivers. Also when Kaep leaves the pocket, its a broken play and a receiver should break his route to get open to give the QB someone to throw to. I think Boldin is the only one he trusts in that situation and your not going to be productive just trusting one receiver. Davis was the other one but he did not play. Crabtree, the other. Manningham the other.
