Haha... but yea, this decision was one of the best decisions in recent memory....probably right after the hiring of Harbaugh.

everything harbaugh says and does is team oriented. it's infectious. most coaches would lose a locker room over what harbaugh did. we're fortunate to have a coach of this caliber, as significant a departure from the unchanging, self serving, party line coaches like singletary, or nolan.

loved everything about the video. nfl films is top notch
it's all about the score you use, the correct music evokes emotion in people where without it that kind of emotional response to a film would be impossible to elicit, and at nfl films they have been on the money for years

Harbaugh is just functioning at another level...everybody else viewed this as a conventional "can you lose your job due to injury?" choice and he recognized it was a career defining opportunity.

Great segment on the decision.
Still rooting for Alex, he's now at 94.4 rating already.
The ungodly numbers will come down and it will be nice to see both those guys in the top 10.
