OK...this is gonna sound totally stupid....

...but I have been waiting for McBath to get cut (he's not one of the top 4 safeties) so that Eric Reid could take his number. LOL. I hate #35.

Totally meaningless...but that was my first reaction. LOL.

Reid looks like a #41 IMO

That is exactly what I was thinking, or at least have a number in the 40's.
My gut tells me number 30 might end up being the number for Reid..will see

I was thinking the same thing too..I wonder if he could still take his number?

Maybe but I don't think so. Baldwin took #84 and Carswell on IR already has it. Not sure how that works. Then again, Baldwin like Reid also has a blank by his number on the roster page to indicate temp #.

Nah...I think Robinson makes it...especially now with McBath on IR.
Braintrust must believe McBath still has a future to put him on IR. Nice to see Holland come back...kid can play, but is most likely primarily only a ST'er.

So if there are no guarantees how much would he get if he got cut August 27 or August 31? Would there be dead money for 2014? Thanks in advance AB

no guarantees. Any that was went onto Tampa Bay's cap, since they waived him.

I want him to wear 38 and grow his dreads out

Reid doesn't seem like a dreads guy at all to me. Looking back to high school picks he's always had his hair short. We'll just have to settle for him hitting like Goldson. Although he should be smarter out there and possibly better in coverage.

I really don't like Robinson's chances of making it..I think either Ventrone or Thomas would be the guy that would make it over Robinson as the fifth saftey because of there special teams play..that's if we decide to keep 5 safties.

Foot injury is all we know, they didn't say how bad or what exactly it was. He hurt it tracking down Devon Wylie.
