If you have options to that idea, I could see him being a major red zone target. If we can assume Boldin and Davis will be the most heavily defended, the 2nd and 3rd options might flourish. If Baldwin becomes one of those guys....I could see it happening. Vance and Baldwin are the best jump ball targets who wont get superb coverage.

Lots of ifs

I just hope someone really steps up and takes the #2 job from Kyle Williams. I'd love to see Patton, Baldwin, or Moore take that role. I think Kyle can be an effective receiver in certain packages. He's very fast and quick, but I'm not convinced he's consistent enough to be an every down player.

100% Agree.

me three

Same here.

I concur!!
I think Jenkins might get cut in KC. Bring him back?

Practice squad? LOL! Doggone shame

I wouldn't be opposed to it on the off chance that he might actually turn into something useful down the road, especially now that the 49ers have Baldwin.

my lord. he could not beat anyone out the first time,, he has done nothing in kansas city, you do not bring a piece of trash like that back. right now, every single wide out we have is better than jenkins,,, if they were not,, he would still be here. my god people. why is it so hard to let go of someone who clearly has no future with us and quite possibly in the entire nfl. we are not the trash heap of the nfl, we get rid of our trash and usually we do not take it back.

Let it be known - I don't want him back on the squad.

But, if KC cuts him, and we put him in the practice squad, who's on the hook for his guaranteed salary? I think that would be the big impediment for him getting in the practice squad.

Anyway, again, no AJ.

Alex is just too nice for his own good. If AJ was as bad as everyone said he was, why would Alex put in a good word for him?
