Every white undrafted guy with long hair is not Wes Welker, poor or otherwise.

What they are, on most teams, is camp fodder.

On the 9ers, they're possible starters.

Because we've neglected our WR group for years.

Then Hall as a broke Welker is a vast improvement?? Don't write off Chad Hall so soon. If Kap has chemistry with him, that alone will get him some playing time.

not sure we have neglected them. we have just had a queer way of going about trying to improve that group. if jenkins is a failure, i Hope that will finally make the niners understand never to take a wide out in the first round. I am glad hall is doing well and at least taking advantage of a opening but now i want to see how he does against someone other than his team mates. Moore has taken advantage and i really really like him but now i want to see them in a pre season game.

You realize that all of our starting WRs are injured, right? So stop with the b******t.

This. Theyve addressed WR every year, but this team is just cursed at that position. Morgan, Edwards, Williams, Manningham, Crabtree etc. Just bad luck, then add in an underwhelming although WAY TO EARLY to call a bust 1st round WR and half the fan base is ready to turn into chicken littles screaming the end is here, and act like they had all the answers for the past couple years of problems.

Only 5'8" and already 27 years old. Nice guy for the practice squad, but I'll be shocked if he turns out to be anything more.

So do you ingnore what he is doing in camp because of that?

More like ignore this thread

he could be a "poor man's Wes Welker"

if we're real lucky, he could be as good or better...

then again he could just end up being a poor man

Well he has played in a game before, started 1 game for 115 yards and 1 TD. More game experience than Jenkins and Patton.
