Then Hall as a broke Welker is a vast improvement?? Don't write off Chad Hall so soon. If Kap has chemistry with him, that alone will get him some playing time.

This. Theyve addressed WR every year, but this team is just cursed at that position. Morgan, Edwards, Williams, Manningham, Crabtree etc. Just bad luck, then add in an underwhelming although WAY TO EARLY to call a bust 1st round WR and half the fan base is ready to turn into chicken littles screaming the end is here, and act like they had all the answers for the past couple years of problems.
