Anquan Boldin turns part-time teacher, now that's a cool story, LOL :

"Boldin asked a Niners staffer for a white greaseboard the other day. Sure … but why? "I want to be able to quiz some of the young guys on their routes," Boldin said." - Peter King, S.I.

Boldin is quickly becoming beloved here

I know I wish he was younger

I just love this dude. Like Kap said, he really is a man amongst boys.

Has always been one of my favorite WR's of this era. I hated that he was a cardinal because i seriously love the guy. He has one of the best work ethics i have ever seen, and is one of the toughest football players to play in this modern era. Guy came back with a wired jaw.

It was so sickening when Arizona had two elite WRs and the niners couldn't find a decent one. But better late than never I guess!

So you mean Arnaz Battle Cedric Wilson Josh Morgan Darryl Jackson and Jason Hill weren't good enough for you?

Secretly been a fan of Boldin for a long time. Was tough watching him beat us up with the Cards and Ravens, couldn't be happier that he's here now.

he never really beat us up with the Cards

Incorrect, Boldin was always a factor.

2003, his rookie year, week 14,--- 9 catches, 123 yards, and a TD.
2004, week 14,--- 9 catches 109 yards.
2005, week 4--- 8 catches, 116 yards, 1 TD
2005 week 13--- 11 catches, 156 yards 1 TD
2006-2007 he had solid games, but nothing spectacular.
2008- week 1--- 8 catches, 82 yards
2008- week 10---7 catches, 92 yards, 2 TD's

Guy has always been a factor against the 49ers.
Boldin is 32. History has shown that top level receivers can play into their mid to late thirties. Boldin's intelligence and selfless work ethic will benefit his longevity.

Fitz was the one we were always able to shut down. But the Boldin would be on the other side kicking our ass.

Yup, there were alot of times where boldin outshined fitz against us. Boldin has always had solid games against the niners.
I really hope Reid emerges as a starter. The last time Harbaugh wanted a guy that badly it was KAepernick.

Boldin is the teacher, Kyle williams sprained something taking the quiz, Lockette passed, Moore passed, Jenkins dropped the pen and paper, Manningham watched everyone.

What did Crabtree do? Oh, he ruptured his achilles trying to assert himself as the number 1 WR and get that lucrative extension prior to 2014. But seriously I expected him to bid for a pro bowl this year. Tough luck for him and to a lesser extent us!

You can say Crabs got exempt due to injury.

At least we had Eric Johnson at TE followed by Vernon

I am convinced he will. The guy is already progressing very well in camp. There is no doubt in my mind he will start.

What do you mean? What endzones where??

where else would the endzone be. and the old school 49ers in the endzone, not the gay modern one

Oh cool, the 49ers have a new endzone logo?? Any pictures?? Thanks

It'll be here to stay until next season. Next season the logo will be blank
