ya, but production has really dropped for him. Only 1 tackle all season. Spillman is at 14, but he also got some snaps at safety. All I know is every game, he makes a big play on special teams.

Best special teamer in the league this year. I don't see anyone making the open field tackles he does.

question.. why do we have so many players take up space on special teams.. cant backups play on special teams too... i mean some players are pure special teams.. and they ONLY play on special teams, Osgood, Ventrone Long Snapper.. are there no backups that can contribute just as much as they? that way we can have additional lineman, additoinal receiver and LMJ ofcourse..

Rite on man, dude spillmans beasten it with us! I liked jones when he was with us, but our sp teams is doing great this season.

i watched the super bowl and its a game i want to forget.. but what makes a special teams player special.. why cant a backup play on special teams rather than a player who only plays special teams...
