Seattle has had one good season out of nowhere. Remember when we did that and everyone thought it was a fluke? Why does Seattle not get the same treatment? As for the Rams being "Niner Killers..." uhh, what? How do you figure? If not for David Akers being the worst kicker in the NFL and blowing two easy kicks, the Rams lose both games to us. And the Cardinals just suck, plain and simple.
I feel you have a distorted view of how good the NFC West is gonna be in the next 1-3 years, and Arizona is not gonna be terrible, esp if their D stays strong and Palmer gives them anything close to what Warner did... Plus they have and offensive guru for a HC... Instead of Ken Whis, who IMO was never clearly a QB guru like Harbaugh, Arians...
Also, there were plays St. Louis could have made to ice those games as well, just cuz our Kicker had a chance doesn't mean we handled them, we were lucky it came down to the wire.
And I feel you're severely over crediting Arizona and going overboard calling the Rams "Niner Killers." They're lucky to have walked away with one win and one tie against us. Twist it however you like, but that's the truth. Seattle may or may not be legit, but don't be surprised if they drop a little from last year. They were 10-6 (officially 11-5, but we all know they didn't WIN that game against GB) and I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped to 9-7.
You, along with the media, could very well be over hyping this division. We are the cream of the crop either way at this point, so it's not a big deal, but I'm just sayin. Seattle is the only team that can threaten us for the division until STL proves otherwise. On paper, they have a bunch of young, talented players. We all know what paper champions amount to when the pads are put on, though. I won't even bother with Arizona.
