guys.. forget about the contract or this season.. the guy is not gonna be the same even after he comes back.. if we manage to sign him.. aj, patton, and lockette can step it up all they want..
it made it that much easier now to defend the passing game against the niners.. crabtree was the one weapon that demanded attention, possibly taking up double coverage.. freeing up other targets.. now thats gone.. good thing they got anquan.. otherwise wed be really f'd

We won't sign him for any less. There is no bright side.
Are we going to miss the playoffs and fall in last place too Mr. Nobrightside?

For sure they will either trade or keep their eyes on the waiver wire. Serviceable WRs will be cut. NO, no, no to Randy Moss. The Niners learned their lesson with him hopefully.
Brandon Lloyd's out there . . . although I dislike that guy's personality . . . and he is a locker room cancer. But then there's Boldin to keep him in line.
At least Lockette's OK . . . time to step up!

VERNON DAVIS
ANQUAN BOLDIN
MARIO MANNINGHAM
FRANK GORE
Adapt and overcome. This sucks, but does it hurt our chances? I don't think do.

Who's saying that?
Looking for the bright side is great and all, but there is no bright side to losing your number one receiver.
