Looks like LaMichael James is being groomed for punt returns as well as kick offs.

Dahl made a nice move to try intercepting a Colin Kaepernick pass intended for Hall at the goal line. Dahl bobbled the pass and dropped it, however.

Different year, same ole Culliver...

He gave up the only TD of the day – a 20-yard catch to Chad Hall. Hall ran straight to the back corner of the end zone and McCoy threw it up for him. Culliver had good coverage, but he couldn't locate the ball when it was in the air, so he never made a play to knock the pass away. Hall easily made the TD catch.

^ It was only one play everyone. Damn give him a break. Lets see how training camp goes before people label him.

We will see if that becomes more of a problem this year. Hopefully there will be another CB who stands out that can push Culliver to get this problem straightened out.

I thought the description of McDonald in this article was good, that he catches the ball well.
Culliver needs to get his head in the right place.

Why don't you stay on the couch and let these professional athletes handle what they need to do? Stop embarrassing the Niners fanbase.

One play in which his old issues are obviously still present.

For an established athlete, especially one with a smaller frame, adding 4 pounds is pretty good, especially since it all appears to be lean mass. He needed to add some more mass to his frame and it appears that he has done just that.
