Not exactly. Since my PS3 needs a new drive and I already had Madden for it I think I will just get it on my Wii U just to get my fix. Sad I know but I think most 49er fans are hungry this season and it sounds like most of the players are also

Thank God for the Warriors and the Sharks. Keeping me entertained during the long layoff till training camp starts. Baseball alone is no substitute for the NFL. NFL Network classic games doesn't hurt either (.............unless they replay the Super Bowl).

You can try to freeze yourself like Cartman did when waiting for the Wii.

I watch NFL network, tons of highlight videos, play madden, and hang around on the zone. There is nothing like the NFL season though and being able to watch live 49er games.

Some good tips already mentioned so far... record and keep as many 2012 games as you can and watch em... beer... porn... hang onto every pitiful bit of Niners news you can click on. rookie reports... OTAs... etc.

Hate this time of the year.

I used to do a franchise in Madden and sim the first year. Then after the season ended I'd do all the offseason moves and try and project our 53 man roster. Play a couple seasons, win a few superbowls. That helped get the fix a little bit.

Madden for sure. Frachise too.

I like to fill this part of the season thinking about who will be tough match ups and why. and how we can leverage our strengths against them. There are a lot of dangerous young teams that are flying under the radar. Lions, Colts, Rams, and the Bucs come to mind. The draft and offseason changed a lot. Personally, I wouldnt mind seekng more of the topics here at the tremendous WZ cover player vs player match ups and how we are going attack defenses.

Amazingly good time to be a loyal Bay Area sports fan. Very well run organizations. Really hard to believe all the success and potential. Something's got to give... Come to think of it, the last time there was near this much potential in the bay was like... 1989... Just saying, be ready for that earthquake and always remember to stop drop and roll when on fire. Warriors and Sharks are both legit threats and Bochy works fricken magic.
