I like how even after that drop on third down, Kap still looked out for him and gave him another chance to make a big play.

That will probably be the case throughout the playoffs, if Kaepernick is looking for the favorable match up. I would expect he will be the receiver singled up most of the time.
If this kid blows up, then 7-Eleven couldn't have a better promotional gift wrapped for them with the General and Kap in commercials. But I'm getting ahead of myself here a bit. But he's showing glimpses from the day he had to be escorted off of the Niners' premises. Kid's hungry. Feed him.

I remember when KW had a couple nice games.

Williams never once showed the sort of hands, route-running or blocking skills that Patton has. Dude was lucky to stick around as long as he did.

I get your point, but KW never had a catch like QP had in the clutch.

bull, I watched KW lay out LB's and DL's more than a few times. I even gif'd a few of them but deleted them as soon as he was released.

And you thought KW talk would just disappear? Bad planning

I liked KW, I like Patton. Hopefully this dude gets his shots and makes the most of them. That was a nice grab yesterday. didn't think he was gonna come down with it.

we cant let go of former niner players in this forum cant we?? just like that other guy.
don't disrespect patton by mentioning him with kyle williams.

please don't ever.

kyle williams has never made a catch like that in practice

and def not with a game on the line.

kap wouldn't even throw that to kyle because he knows unless williams is wide open and the ball is absolutely perfect he's not going to catch it

That catch is going to go a long way as far as their trust in him in the post-season!

plus, if we go back to it,, the threat of him doing a reverse is huge in my opinion,,,,,,,,,,,, if we choose to use it

yea, I think Mario on IR was a blessing in disguise. Patton might be the x-factor at the slot position. Another element Packers will have very little film on.
