The guy was a DE in college.. a 4-3 end, a very good at rushing the passer.. but the problem is, he's having a hard time adjusting to that Elephant LB that we are using under 3-4..
What I don't understand is how Baalke continues to draft 4-3 END, and believe that one can just standup and be an excellent pass rusher..
