That's an understatement, the class is awful. Once you go past the 1st round, the talent is really lacking, I think the 49ers are best off trying to get VD and McDonald healthy, maybe being in a new offensive scheme will result in both getting more involved with the offense. Carrier is promising and Millard essentially can be moved around all over the place depending on what they are looking.
I'd like to see McDonald in a much better offensive system, actually gameplan some passes his way, see if he can get it going next season.
The key is VD being healthy, getting his head right, maybe a new system will rejuvenate him. If its Gase or Hamilton as coach, both of those guys have done a great job incorporating TE's into their offenses.
