The time for patience is about over. In 2011, we were a new scheme and didn't expect greatness. 2012 makes us expect greatness. We were in the SB, for ****'s sake. These guys are ready to win now... so yeah, patience is about over. We are 1-2 and suddenly in doubt of even recovering to get the #6 seed. Patience can GTFO here. Might not be fair to young Kaep, but that was the decision that Harbaugh made.
This is the situation. This team has to capitalize on this opportunity.
The Coaches need to put these players in a position to win. The Coaches need to stop being so damn rigid and use what works.
Work the whole field. Teach Kap to take the checkdown when he isn't comfortable with the coverage on the WRs.
The flats were open for most of both games, from what I could tell.
Kap has a lot to learn, and I believe he will. It just so happens to coincide with this being a prime year for a Super Bowl run.
We will see what happens. Kap is a smart guy. He will learn, and he has people to help him learn.
The people helping him have done him a disservice over the last two games, too, though.
