I have and will always desire a pure pocket passer at Franchise QB and a calm cerebral HC. I understand that those are the types who win championships...latest example Flacco and John Harbaugh.

With that being said I am in no rush to go back to the NFL wastelands.

I am prepared to stick with Jim and Colin and make the playoffs on a regular basis. They may be able to buck the odds and take one home one day too...but I am not really holding my breath on that
