Where is the best place to go by the bay to watch the game

I'd love to know if there is any official 49erswebzone sports bar or any place like that for 49er fans here by the bay. I want to go to San Fran or Santa Clara and be around a bunch of 49er fans. I am in Stockton, CA and I do not want to be in this city if the 49ers lose...people may get shot.
