The funny thing is he is not that old. He is even younger than Kap by 6 months at 29.

Bow's problems only stem from one source and that was his horrific injury. That injury changed everything and he has never been the same since.

Bow did not have a very good game. RRArmstrong is not helping. Lets see what happens when Foster gets back. I like Bow, but the injuries may be the limiting factor for him to maintain a high level of play.

He's an older body playing on 4 day rest. He'll bounce back a bit.

Yeah, he's not the same Bow, the injuries have taken their toll.

and Foster coming back at some point should make his job easier tbh
Achilles injuries require two years for a complete recovery. He may be a better player next year.
I won't accept it. Give it time. By time, I mean this year. And then let's see how he looks next year as well.
still a decent run stuffer. like Takeo Spikes in his last niner years before .

Cohn said he missed 6 tackles this game alone which is probably pushing 10-12 by my rough count.

He still makes some great plays too though!

Agreed. He is just getting over the knee. Takes two plus years. Achilles similar. Its too bad we dont have a way to ease him back. But if hes not playing, its wilhoite.

I noticed 3 for sure on Gurley alone. He's still a solid run stuffing LB with good instincts but if he doesn't show signs of improvements as the year goes on, he's not worth a 12m hit next year, imo
Ideally hes not supposed to be out there in nickel.. But could still be getting motion/explosiveness back some so who knows.

Not even a year removed from tearing his Achilles. Lets see what he looks like at season's end
