G Cohn just wrote a hatchet job on Bowman effectively blaming the loss to the Giants on him. I don't mind critical articles that are factual and unbiased, and most of what he wrote was accurate. However, saying he lost the game for us by his play and especially on that last TD, was unfair and unwarranted. Ironically, Bowman had great coverage on the TE. Eli just made a tremendous pass and Donnell an equally tremendous catch. Don't think it could have been covered much better.
Bowman certainly is currently a shadow of his former self, contrary to what he first looked like, but he may yet surprise everyone and regain most of his form. 20/20 hindsight suggests he should have waited a bit longer to return, and maybe a rest might do his knee some good, I'm no MD, but to write him off completely as a has been is, IMHO a bit premature.
I think that G Cohn's main motivation in his writing, is to out-Cohn his negative father. In any case........crap article!
