To be honest I was really sweating Bow coming back and being ready to play. This is great news though, can't wait to see him back out on the field.

Lol...we all from the same area its nothing to see these guys at the club in VIP...some folks thought i was lying last offseason about Bethea..another DMV local having some weird mannerisms
A guy I know was a bouncer at a club in DC and would tell me whenever he saw VD in there. Dude was an Eagles fan, I think he told me just to make me jealous.

I really hope he comes back 100%, but It was such a brutal knee injury that he sustained so I do worry a little.

You beat me to it, I'm also concerned on how close to 100% he can get.

No way he'll be back to 100% , I hate to say it but it is true. Even IF his rehabilitation was completely successful, he still has to deal with the mental aspect. Only time will tell exactly how strong he is, mentally and physically. Either way I respect the hell out of him and everything he represents. He is a warrior that will be valuable to this team even at 80-90%.

i wonder if he'll lose some speed and i'm sure there will be some hesitation in his game. I can't imagine the pain he had to endure on that hit. the worse part is it happened in the NFC championship against the hated Sehawks!

I don't think he'll hesitate as much as a defensive player that got "cut blocked" and blew a knee out, you know what I mean. His injury was a pretty freak accident. It's not like a OL dove at his legs and caused it.
