The most important thing is that Aldon Smith gets sacks
This was the same thing last year with the Alex haters a win wasn't good enough.
Now the people accusing others of being Alex haters are being Kaepernick haters.
Full circle.
Don't let a few knuckle heads fool you! Most of us are 9er fans and but there are still a few posters who have to bash Smith every time CK does something, and a few who will bash CK...just dumb and nonproductive.

Kaepernick is playing exactly like Alex now. He hasn't done anything that Alex couldn't do today. In previous weeks, that couldn't be said. He was doing things Alex couldn't and wouldn't even attempt. Now, it seems they're turning him into an Alex Smith clone. What's the point? This safe, no-risk offense is a joke.
This is EXACTLY how I feel. I thought the point of having Kaepernick start was so that they could open up the offense a bit more, take some shots down the field to make the D honest. Now they're not even doing that. Those big plays were supposed to offset Kaep's inexperience.
The coaching staff is retarded. If they're going to keep this up then they might as well put Smith back in. He's better at being Alex Smith than Kaepernick is. At the very least we wouldn't have to listen to the constant crying coming from the Smith bandwagon.
or maybe it was never Alex, just how the plays were called
I'm convinced it was both. Kaepernick has proven he can make throws that scare defenses. No one was afraid of Smith going deep.
Link?
You need a link to believe that? Sure, why not. I'll dig up torrent links for every game he's ever played.
This is what Alex does to the Rams
Can you show me what Kaep does against the Rams?
No, but I can show you what he does against Chicago.
was that a deep throw that he cant connect?? Anywho
Needed the win. On to NE
How many of those throws has he made or even come close to making this year? Better yet, how many in his career?
I support both QBs. Who ever is in but man, that O today was just disappointing. Played so bad against a sucky Dolphins pass defense. If it was a better team we wouldn't have won that game. 49ers offense is just not working like I thought it would this year. Very boring and full of penalties.

Makes you wonder what Alex could do against Chicago if they had no tape on him.
I saw the way he played when teams had no tape on him. It's called his rookie year.
Unfair. Kaep also sat a year and was coached by Harbaugh. Alex Smith inherited the least talented 49ers team of the last 35 years under a horrible coach.

PI or not, it should have been caught. He also ran for a score. Again, I'd be right with you if the guy he's replacing was a TD machine, but he isn't. He averaged 1TD/game last year. Why must it matter how Kaep scores TD's? A TD is a TD.
gimmicks dont work against good teams.....Miami is not a good team
Alex was on pace for a strong amount of TD's this year. If we are going to rely on Keaps legs to score we will lose against good teams with strong D's

Kaep played well, but I'll be unbiased in saying I think Alex would've called a much better game in terms of checking in and out of plays under center obviously.
and managing the clock
Kapp will get there with more time under centre with the clock but damn its a problem we really dont need right now.
