What a great point! American Economy obviously caused the niners players to be good or bad. That's an obvious case of cause and effect.

So it is in the best interest of the Nation, or even the world for that matter that the Niners do well! Mr. Obama the ball is in your court, I am suggesting that all the best talent and coaching available be transferred to the Niners ASAP!

The United States was in a recession when the Niners won SuperBowl XVI. High interest rates and unemployment rates that were the highest in history made it very tough times.
