Official Greg "the mad scientist" Roman Express

Good grief, Roman, helluva game plan, exactly like the gameplan you fashioned for the RAvens last yr. Yup, the team with the BIG RUSH, and what did you do? You went for 5, 7 , hell 9 step dropbacks, and knew for sure those OL guys could hold out Pierre, Osi and Tuck. And once again, old son, you screwed the pooch. What , are you half brain dead, or did you do this in the shower, or after a few tall ones, or in your dreams? Because Bubba, you do anything but plan for a 1 or 2 step drop against the Giants and 10 times out of 10 you are going to get our azzes kicked. This was an OC coaching loss. How Harbaugh signed off on this I don't know. But this was the dumbest, stoopidest, most cockamayme "game plan" I have ever seen....unhhh, except my12 yr olds' daughter flag football game plan 30 yrs ago. Roman, old son, you looking for a HC job? Well forget it pal, we got you for the foreseeable future. This was the most ill thot out, lousy, awful , nuttiest, worthless O game plan we have seen since Coach Harbaugh got here. This had Baltimore game plan written all over it, with NO CHANCE of us winning. And congrats, by the way on the Wild Kap. Two of them got blistered for monster losses. You keep this up and you not only won't get your HC job, you might end up distributing equipment for the Charlottesvilee Beantrees. This O game plan sucked. It was ghastly, unthotful, poorly thot out...if at all, was done by someone unfamiliar with the fact that the Giants have a BIG RUSH, just like the last 6 times we played them, and we literally handed them the game, courtesy of you. Now I don't know if Coach calls plays or sets game plan or not. IF so , he screwed up. But he's HC. You are OC en route to Louisville, or some other backwater if you EVER put a piece of garbage like that on the field again. And Coach....if you did this, then you should be ashamed to look in the mirror. This is the giants. The BIG RUSH GIANTS. That ring a bell to whoever was responsible for this piece of detritus? I hope , Coach and Roman, you took this as a reminder that the BIG RUSH means that you throw the ball in under 2.5 seconds. Longer than that, and expect a repeat of what we all had to suffer thru. Thank goodness you all were on the ground, so you saw how literally lousy, rotten and stupid this "GAME PLAN" really was. I always compliment you guys, but this was inexcusable, You all failed. You let the team down, you let us down, and you disgraced yourselves. You guys can do better. Let's hope you get to work on that, and remember, BIG RUSH....you gotta throw it under 3 seconds or disaster will strike. Oh, and for the record, you should have been playing no huddle from the gitgo. this is the BIG RUSH....and next time,, Please...please....treat it as such.

All the pathetic HC jobs talk next year got to his fat head. The truth is, he just isn't that great. It's not hard to figure out and change the game plan on the fly or at least at half time to run the ball more when your starting and 2nd running backs are running great, having good avg per run, is what your team is built for and to set up your passing game, on top of all that this is the 2nd time this season he pulled the same nonsense... Simply unacceptable.

Same as Minn game. Greg Roman is a joke.

Completely abandoned what worked in the first 2 drives and paid for it by not even scoring a TD even though the opportunities were plenty and available against a bunch of overrated DB's on that NY defense.

Instead of keeping their foot on the pedal like they did in the first 2 drives, where they marched on NY, Roman's plan looked soft and predictable and led to them being exposed offensively.

The defense didn't help by not putting any pressure on Eli or defending the WR's well, but it didn't much matter since the offense didn't do d!ck anyhow.
Gore had 8 carries, somebody should be shot
He needs to get over his man crush on Kaep's tatt'd guns...

Roman should be fired, replaced or Harb should call the plays instead else they won't be going to the SB, not even the NFCC again lol.
Here was the problem today (and against Minnesota). The Niners coaching staff decided to try to trick the opponent by passing instead of sticking to what we do, which is run the ball. In those two games, Gore had a combined 20 carries. In the first drive of the game today, Gore got 3 handoffs and Hunter got one. Alex Smith attempted 7 passes. Right off the bat, we set up our offense to try to beat the Giants in the air.

On the second drive, it was the same thing. Gore touched the ball 4 times for a combined total of 20 yards. Instead of continuing to hand him the ball in that manner, they let Smith throw the ball 7 times in that drive. Get stuffed in the red zone and get a FG out of it.

The Niners D shut down the Giants up until that point. Then Smith threw on first down again and got picked off. The Giants wake up, and then the a$$ kicking begins. Gore only touches the ball two more times in the first half, and at that point we are only down a TD.

I dont care to break it down any further, but the coaching staff abandons the run too quick when the team gets down and it sets us up for failure.

Not one player had a great day today, but our coaches need to put them in the best position for success, and in our two losses, they have done the opposite.

With that said, do you think Roman can take the 49ers to the SB as the 49ers OC? LOL

And when was the last time Kapernick led the team from behind in a regular season game? LOL...
Putting him in and out with Alex is going to make a difference when you are down 20 pts? LOL...
What a joke...

The worst part about it is that the running game was going well early in the game. When Kaep came in and we ran option-ball, it went to hell. Gore getting 8 carries is remarkably bad play-calling.

If Gore has 8 carries for 100 yards, then it's 2006.

Yep. Kaep worked in the last two games because it was a surprising wrinkle to the offense. The Giants obviously game planned for it and today it became nothing more than a wasted down that took all momentum out of almost every drive. The only drive where it worked was when Kaep threw a big pass play to get us in FG range, but then Akers missed. It was just terrible.

lol well larry allen helped. But point is Gore's still got it, we did this in the playoffs too and the giants won, Gore needs 100 he can still get it on 20 the oline is blocking better this year, and he's still the best player on offense besides VD. I think were trying to save him for the playoffs, but than again we didn't use him last year in it. And maybe not show are hand to a team we will be playing in it. I think that was a problem the giants shall the cards last year and i think we did the kap game to hide the whats to come against a team we will see for the big show. I hope that was why the game planning sucked I really Do!

Obviously, Greg Roman likes losing to the Giants. Maybe he had a big bet on the Giants to win LOL.
