Two Questions: 1) How long are we going to be able to keep these guys and 2) If either of them leave will there be a drop off?
I hate to say it but I have this feeling Greg Roman is giong to get offered a HC job if not in the NFL in College for sure. I'm more impressed with what he's done with this offense than what Vic has done with the Defense. Roman didn't have the personel Fangio had and he really made the most out of it last year.

i do not believe fangio will be an issue.
roman is a whole other story. the question with him is if he is willing to go the jim harbaugh route. accept a small school HC job or will he only leave for a BCS school?

Yea Vic won't be going anywhere. He's old and I think has stated he's not interested in being a HC
Roman needs to do it a little bit longer to get consideration in the nfl. College could be an option. Not worried though because Harbaugh knows how to find good coaches

I think Harbaugh's greatest strength is his ability to find talent in coaches. I think he could be the next Parcells or Belecheat...

They both got schooled today! So sad.
Roman is so inconsistent with his play calling. I won't cry if he leaves.

Its starting to become clear David Shaw was the true OC at Stanford, its to bad he was pegged to be the HC there. I think a lot of people are going to be hesitant to hire Greg Roman as HC, unless its small college. I don't see Vic Fangio leaving but i'm sure he will be getting some offers for HC jobs.

I blame Alex smith for not executing the throws and the defense for not executing the game plan

Exactly this. I saw detroit try to run last game because they know that it works by seeing our model last year. Even in this day and age with these flag football rules we showed last year that if not for a couple fumbles that this type of football wins. Minny just outplayed us at our own game basically running a lot of our sh!t. We now have to come up wit a gameplan to stop it. I just think we met a unique combo of both running qb and rb that handed our defense their as$es. Shouldn't have this problem next week vs sanchez erratic play
