Why can they never state when these games will be televised until last minute (TBA)?

http://www.nfl.com/schedules/2012/PRE1 (click 1, 2, 3, 4 at the top for weeks, scroll down a bit for the schedule)
There is the schedule and if there is a logo next to it then it's live on that channel (nfln, espn, fox, cbs, nbc)
Also, all games are replayed on NFLN at least once but most 2-3 times. 49ers only game that is nationally televised is the game at Broncos on Fox.
Here is NFLN's schedule of when games are replayed (unless it says live then it's live)

I already went through it and here is the replay schedule
1st date is when it is live (CT) (on local tv stations)... date(s) in parenthesis are the replay times in CENTRAL TIME... like the 1st one would mean the game is live at 8 pm ct, would be replayed on nfln at 1 am ct (11pm pt), then again tuesday 3 pm ct.
Minn |Fri 10th 8 PM (1AM, Tue 14th 3PM)
At Hou|Sat 18th 7 PM (Sun Noon, Mon 11PM, Fri 2AM)
At Den|Sun 26th 3 PM LIVE NATIONALLY ON FOX (Tue 11PM)
SD |Thu 30th 9 PM (2AM, Sun Midnight)

I had it last year to go along with the 40.00 Game Rewind but I waited for 2 weeks and they drop the price to 10.00 if you really want to save. Then you can go back and watch/re-watch any of the games from the previous 2 weeks plus you can watch any game live (or re-watch later) for the last 2 weeks. I was really happy with it last year and they have done so much to improve it. Only problem is I think years ago you could watch any game as soon as it was finished. Now you have to wait until all games are done. Which isn't a problem except on Sundays because other nights there is only 1 game on and you can watch it as soon as it's finished (except MNF you have to wait a day)

there's a blank spot next to "TV" where it's supposed to show where it's being broadcast guess it really is last minute?
