I doubt it to be honest.

My personal opinion (and I could be wrong) is that the league will take into account that he went into rehab and missed time so won't suspend him. They will likely fine him tho.

Now...if he gets tagged AGAIN on something....they'll nail him to the wall.

This sucks and to make matters worse we traded away our depth at OLB for peanuts and that Lemenear guy is a non factor.

The only reason I worry is that I don't know the CBA language on the issue. I know there are escalating punishments for repeat offenders, but I don't know if the rules require the actual punishment. I'm pretty sure it all falls under the "conduct detrimental" rules, though. That leaves punishment up to Goodell, IIRC.

Anyway, no point worrying about it, I guess. We'll find out eventually.
