He keeps making his next contract cheaper and cheaper and cheaper. Arrests, more arrests, questionable "incidents" that he weasels out of, drugs, alcohol, dui, shootings, stabbings, lawsuits. Of course it's never his fault. Always in the wrong place at the wrong time around the wrong people. He's innocent.... His contract will be 50% - 60% what it could have been upon time for extension. Dumb fool is just sabotaging himself but he's too stupid to see it. He thinks he is having great fun with all his exploits.

With his off field history the # will go down. He could have made that much. There will be suspensions. Maybe like 4 games. At least 2. It sure isn't the last time he will do something like this. He will do it again. An organization would be taking a big risk on a guy who can or will miss games for suspension and who can kill himself or somebody else and end up dead or in jail. If he was clean he may be able to command that.

Aldon Smith should be suspended for a few games by the organization, period. Letting him play against Indy would be bad for the team's image. It is already the third time he gets into trouble. This may not turn out too well and, by the way, he is not as dominant as he was as a rookie and early last season. He could be stellar, but something is wrong with him. Can he get it right ? We will see. See you in London on October 27th !

He has 3 1/2 sacks in 2 games. That's plenty dominant. Work the math on that over a 16 game time frame. His behavior is awful yes. He will get suspended by the league probably. And he is definitely costing us now with all this craziness. But he is hugely dominant on the field.

The team can't suspend him without pay. It's the new CBA.

They could just not let him play, but he will get full pay. I mean, suspending someone from work with full pay, isn't really a punishment.
