After looking at the suspensions of PacMan, Henry, Hainsworth, and the like, it seems like a total crapshoot...
Hopefully by the end of the day, Aldon has 0 felonies. That would go a long way.

Standard sentencing for 2 DUI's is 30 days in jail. Most people are given work detail alternative. If he was on probation he'll get a longer sentence and will probably have to do a month in jail. Switching out a lic plate and the gun charges might end in jail time but he has a high power attorney and is a large part of Santa Clara's economy so....maybe he'll just get probation.
