The only think I could see him getting suspended for is the gun charge, and I doubt it will happen.
I think Goodell will consider his rehab stint last year as time served for the DUI and the LAX "incident" is all hearsay and was dropped, essentially it didn't even happen.

I think a hefty fine is much more likely than a suspension. If suspended for anything more than two games I could see it getting overturned in arbitration.

Why worry? We won 5 games without him last year and when he got back he was his same old self. We'll be fine!

Next years schedule isn't that scary either. We start off with 3 turnover machines and a guy who's in for a huge sophomore slump.
