Getting another DUI is not good.
The fact that the DA is still deciding whether to file charges, either misdemeanor or felony, on the assault rifle makes this DUI even worse--stupider.
Oh yeah, meant as well mention that Aldon just got hit with two civil law suits containing some pretty outlandish allegations.

A few thoughts on this, he's drunk at 7am with pot and pills (hopefully prescribed to him) in his car, practice is this afternoon, wtf is he thinking? I hope that Alex Boone can take him under his wing and help him, dude obviously has a problem. Lastly and this is going to sound selfish, these incidents could really effect his value and the 49ers could get away with paying him much less than he would've got if these things never happened.
