I will be amazed if Harbaugh ever wins the Superbowl, or better yet, ever makes it back to the Superbowl with this team.

Damn, 0.15 is pretty bad. That's nearly twice the legal limit. How the heck do you have a 0.15 BAC at 7:00 am? This guy has to be an alcoholic. It's a near miracle he hasn't gotten more DUI arrests, or hasn't hurt anyone yet.

Well the prescription thing is good. The .15 is not. What level changes the charge from misdemeanor to felony?

This guy is really starting to annoy me. Classic case of his personal and team success getting to his head - thinking he is invincible. He needs to be made an example of to show the young guys on this team that no matter how good you are, everyone will be treated equal. Suspend him this weeks game (without pay if possible) and in games where we have it wrapped up in the 4th (or are clearly going to lose) bench him as well - preventing him from any chance at 20+ sacks. Clearly he likes to talk about personal achievements so its time to show that being an idiot off the field with have consequences on the field.

I remember reading the NFL PA has a designated driver company which every player can just call up and use should they need a ride. Not sure if its place yet.

The NFL should take all players licenses away and force them to
A. cab
B. bus
C. get a ride from a friend

This would prevent the 100343432423 DUI's each year AND might prevent these guys from buying multiple 200k cars which eventually leads them to bankruptcy. (of course this would never EVER happen).
