Jeez, Honda, I think I need a dose of that optimism. If it turns out as you put it, it won't make a season, but it would be a milestone. I honestly think we win in GB, but won't bet money on it. Pack and Rodgers are just too good and are at home. Plus their D suddenly got better. Of course those guys haven't played yet, so it will be an interesting game. 49ers 30-24 in overtime
The extra draft picks, the depth, the duplication that if without keeps a great team from winning. Looking across the boards we seem to be deep virtually everywhere except the obvious, punter. Last yrs WR distraction of not being able to suit up 3 WRs was a disaster. It really looked like Baalke and Coach did there best to be sure we got guys if one or two go down. The # of receivers that we lost last yr was eye opening and won't happen again on the B& H watch. Just think 3 yrs ago we still needed a starter at 19 of the 22 positions. How's that for a makeover... and in record time. Like a comment above, I can't remember any Coach Walsh team this deep...and BW didn't do STs. Think about that.
