I don't always hurt my foot....
But when I do, it's in pre season.
Stay limpy my friends.

Come on, this is what he does.
Saying "he better not pull this s**t again" is like expecting a maggot not to burrow into a meadow muffin.

I think you're right about the team abandoning him this year--it really could happen. This is a hardworking, blue collar team that doesn't have much use for prima donas.
In previous seasons it was Crabtree and the anonymous three. This year, it's not going to be that way. He needs to have his butt in gear, out of the gates. The typical Crabtree stylishly late to the party BS isn't going to cut it.
As for what a meadow muffin is, it's what grass becomes once a cow has finished using it.

This is supposed to be his media day. Wonder if he will show up. My bet is he won't. The foot topic will just be too hot for him to handle.

Guys I do not... If a guy has a simple sprained ankle, do they usually cancell media day?

I want him to do well as i assume that means the team will do well but he is making it very very very hard to do so
Keep blindly supporting him its fine by me. Your only going to disappoint yourself. The only thing he has done his entire career is prove people like me right. Dont see that changing anytime soon.

Has he bailed on his media day yet or is this still all just speculation?
I think your point about JH not protecting players is valid. Harbaugh isn't going to let stuff like this fly so just trust that our coaches will take care of it like it should be. Like I have said before if there is anyone who can get Crabs it's JH.

I was supportive of giving dennis erickson a second year and i drank the bathwater of mike nolan. I do trust the coaches. I guess based upon the history of crabtree in the first three training camps of his career, i get a little over sensitive when I heard about this. I do not know all of the facts but of course they did not stop me from playing the "what if" game.

It's all good, I'm just trying to help you through this
I think the difference between now and the bad old days of Erickson/Nolan/Singletary i sthat when you trust the coaches you can actually feel good about it afterwards
