Is that Alex throwing passes? I know there has been many changes to the offseason program due to the CBA. I thought I read somewhere that players wouldn't be able to do football related stuff until like June. Maybe that was just padded workouts.

ya it was
no todays the first day players can play throw and catch but the rule is no pads and no defenders in other words WR cannot matchup with defenders yet

He said "get a little better tomorrow than we were today" at least 3 times. He's pretty obviously brown nosing. Think that was for the fans or Harbaugh?
