You guys don't think one of the greatest players of all time can have a come back year at age 35? A motivated and hungry Moss is going to tear it up. Over 1000 yards and 8 touchdowns with ease.

yes diva wide outs usually play well in a one year contract and i am sure he does not want people to remember his last year as a texan so he will be motivated. Thus the one year deal, get what we can out of him, discard him and hope a rookie we get this year(mcnutt) will carry the torch

I think you mean Titans. Sorry but its hard to blame any player for dogging it when he knows he's playing for nothing and he won't be on the team the following year either. He knew his season was already over once the he was traded to the Vikings, and I am sure his career flashed before his eyes when he saw himself in a titans jersey mid season. Harbaugh and Baalke have said and proved that they don't judge a player based off of anything other than what he does for the 49ers. If he plays well I guarantee you he won't be "discarded" as you so eloquently put it.

sorry you are right,, thank you! I hope and think he will play well this year but am a bit nervous to keep him another year cuz of his history . who knows maybe he will have a great year, help us win a super bowl and then decide its the right time to retire

Why are you worried about when he retires? You don't like the guy, good for you. I for one welcome any player who can help the team win now and in the coming years and I think Moss has more than a couple of years left in him if he wants to play.

Regardless of Harbaugh's assertions that it's ok and was understood from the git-go, missing these workouts for a guy who missed an entire season makes no sense. We should not be making such concessations to placate an already enormous ego. Moss needs all the time he can get to familiarize himself with the offense and build rapport with his qb's and teammates.

Randy moss' Self WOrkouts where he is working out right now are so hard that players hes invited actually decline and some go and then quit out.... so no i dont mind that hes doing workouts on his own that other players are afraid of.

hey calm down, I never said i did not like the guy. I just said he has some history and baggage behind him.i hope the old randy moss will not show up this year and what is so wrong with wanting the team to win a super bowl which may make randy retire on top. Show me where i said i never liked the guy. wow, did you wake up on the wrong side this morning?

Man I hope so, would love to see Moss as a 9er for at least 2-3 more years. I'm still trippin out that he is a 9er.
