Week 2 vs. DET - Sunday Night Massacre. The Lions always get spanked in San Francisco, and will again here in the home opener. (W)

Week 3 @MIN - Gore and Hunter go wild. Defense does their thing. Expect a slow burn kill similar to the CIN/CLE/WSH games last year. (W)

Week 4 @NYJ - See Week 3 (W)

Week 5 vs. BUF - This one will be edgy. Bills will be .500 at best, and the Niners riding high on a 4 game win streak. Bills knock a little sense back into us. Might be a shootout. I'll give the edge to Akers in the clinch. (W)

Week 6 vs. NYG - We beat them the same way we beat them last November. Regular season Giants not so scary. Question remains, can we beat them in January if we meet again? (W)

Week 7 vs. SEA - Seahawks in turmoil after the Flynn experiment fails. It's back to Tavaris on TNF who lights a spark, but ultimately snatches defeat from the jaws of victory as usual. Closer than you'd think. (W)

Week 8 @ARI - Trap game. Monday Night. Tard dome will be fired up. I can see them catching us asleep again. (L)

Week 9 vs. Bye - Harbaugh yells at everyone. Plans to unleash frustrations on next team.

Week 10 vs. STL - Frustrations unleashed. (W)

Week 11 vs. CHI - This one will pan out like the Steelers MNF last year. Hard and physical. In the end we make the big plays, and Cutler keeps eating grass. (W)

Week 12 @NO - This is the one Harbaugh and Roman have been secretly game planning since the end of the last encounter. They know they will need some fireworks to pull this off. Smith (who really does throw a decent deep ball) finally has a deep threat in Moss capable of running and catching. Opening drive bomb TD sets the tone. Think SF@DAL in 1995. Remember that? Grbac to Jerry? Yep. It's all downhill for Vitt's vaginas from there. (W)

Week 13 @STL - Harbaugh takes this opportunity to run all the plays they missed in the NO game. Might see some goofy maneuvers being practiced for the playoffs, but it's all good because the Rams offense can barely cross the 50. (W)

Week 14 vs. MIA - Trap game. Guys are a little tired from the road trip. They wake up in the 4th quarter and take care of business. Comeback win. Think CIN@SF, 1996. (W)

Week 15 @NE - Pats get their big win on national tv. That's fine. Whatever. We know they can't win on the road so no biggie. (L)

Week 16 @SEA - Demoralized Seahawks team at the end of a setback year gets slaughtered in front of their idiot fans. Carroll might be gone by this point. Flynn will be on IR with something stupid. Tavaris does what he does best. (W)

Week 17 vs. ARI - Tards hoping to play spoiler to the 49ers' playoff positioning, but its a futile effort. A 1st half full of fireworks ends it early. Starters rest 2nd half. (W)

14-2, all the way to New Orleans. Ring number six. No 4th quarter dramatics in this playoff run. Dominance to the end. Just like it used to be. The world is right once again.

Erection.

12-4
(but something tells me 11-5, or even 10-6 but the offense will look a lot better even with the lesser record for the season)

11-5 or 10-6 is pretty much my thinking as well. Leaning towards 10-6. I think we'll lose more than 1 game in against our division, and likely lose either the Buffalo game or the Chicago game. That said, I would be pretty happy with that record, as long as we win the division. It'll prove that last year wasn't a fluke.
12-4
waitng for pymwyms or whatever it is......i think it comes out after the 3rd week of the pre season
Week 1: San Francisco at Green Bay
Terrible way to start the season, falling to the Packers 21-20.

Week 2: Detroit at San Francisco
Oh man, great stuff!!!! Another classic game between these two with the Niners coming away with ANOTHER last minute, 4th and goal victory. Smith Connects with Moss who shows that he can actually run a 3.8 40 and outruns the entire Lions defense for a stunning TD. 17-10

Week 3: San Francisco at Minnesota
The Vikings needed Adrian Peterson to step up big time since Ponder started the season off slow (5 INTS and only 2 freaking TDs) and... He doesn't!!!!!! Dashon Goldson knocks him out early in the second quarter and the Niners shut out the Vikings 20-0

Week 4: San Francisco at New York
Who would have guessed that Tebow would be starting at qb already? Just Mr Bayless! Tebow's 4th quarter heroics fall just short, as Patrick Willis stops him at the 1 yard line on a QB sneak. Niners win 10-3

Week 5: Buffalo at San Francisco
Are you kidding me? Fitzpatrick can't operate against the Niners defense and we destroyed them 31-10

Week 6: New York Giants at San Francisco
Giants win decidedly and I get made fun of for the entire week for not thinking Eli is elite. 27-13

Week 7: Seattle at San Francisco
The short week really hurts the Niners, as Manningham is still getting over an injury sustained during the Giants game and Alex Smith is still dazed from the hits he had taken. Niners lose this one in a close defensive struggle, 13-10

Week 8: San Francisco at Arizona
Frank Gore has the game of his life, racking up over 200 yards and 3 touchdowns. Moss and Crabtree destroy their defenders on long routes and slants, get a touchdown each and a lot of yardage between the two. Colin Kaepernick comes in during the 4th quarter to take over and has a few nice drives but none that lead to scores. Niners win 38-17

Week 9: Bye week
Great time in the schedule for a bye week.

Week 10: St Louis at San Francisco
Alex comes back looking fresh and as sharp as ever, throwing for 3 touchdowns, running for another and racking up 328 yards through the air. Meanwhile on defense, Justin and Aldon Smith sack Bradford a combined 8 times and Willis with Bowman get another 3. Niners win 28-3

Week 11: Chicago at San Francisco
The Bears look solid and for the first half they stop the Niners, allowing Smith to pass for a measly 50 yards and take Gore out with a slight ankle injury. In the third quarter, Smith sets up a screen and hits Hunter on it for a 25 yard TD and then they score on a 3rd and goal rushing TD from Brandon Jacobs at the 2 yard line. The game is all tied up going into the 4th and the Niners win on a Akers field goal. 17-14 Niners.

Week 12: San Francisco at New Orleans
The Saints start off terribly this season with the suspensions on the coaching staff and on player personnel alike. They rebound after the first three games though and start looking solid. Niners defense can't control them in a controlled atmosphere like the Superdome and the Saints sprint to a win with the first rushing TD against the Niners all season long. Saints 30-14

Week 13: San Francisco at St Louis
St Louis have been looking better and better each week and now Bradford is starting to get some rhythm with Blackmon. Rams win 14-3 in a highly defensive battle and people start questioning the Niners.

Week 14: Miami at San Francsico
Niners barely escape with a win, 7-3.

Week 15: San Francisco at New England
Everyone expects the Niners to lose and they do. The cold weather dampens the Niners passing attack and the much improved Patriot defense almost completely shuts down the Niners running game. Patriots 27-10.

Week 16: San Francisco at Seattle
Game starts out with a 80 yard Kendall Hunter td and the Niners never let off the gas after that. They win 31-17.

Week 17: Arizona at San Francisco
At this point the Niners have already clenched the NFC West and they star Kaepernick going into the second half. He leads two scoring drives, adding onto the already pretty score. Niners win 31-13

Divisional round of playoffs: New Orleans at San Francisco
A repeat of last seasons epic Divisional game, it's just as close. Niners win it in overtime with an Akers field goal, 33-30

NFC Championship: San Francisco at Green Bay
The Niners yet again travel to Green Bay only this time the defense wakes up and slams Rodgers into the icy field repeatedly. Alex Smith has a great game and leads the Niners to a 21-20 victory.

Superbowl: San Francisco and New England
There will be a lot of hype over this game, the Niners returning to the Superbowl where they've never lost a game, Tom Brady facing his favorite team with a chance to take over Montanas spot as best QB and the great Patriot offense against the great Niner defense. Late in the 4th quarter, Carlos Rogers intercepts Tom Brady and runs it back for a touchdown, giving the Niners a lead they never let go of. Niners win 26-20.
We have a rough history at Lambeu, for whatever reason it continues this season. I see us falling in the GIants game due to a blown assignment that Eli capitalizes on for a long TD for the win. Payton or not, the Superdome is Brees' playground and nothing will come for free in that building. Finally, NE at home in december is just tough as s**t.

One division loss, cards or hawks.

11-5, division champs, CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

Good work and good effort in the time and though you put into writing that. Not believable enough for me tho.

Honestly a lot of the descriptions was me joking around, but I think the w-l will be pretty accurate. What parts dont you believe?
I only having them lose to four teams: Patriots, Packers, Saints and Seattle/Arizona (only one on the road) But since the likelyhood that the team will slip up for a game that they should win is high, I will say 11-5. ALL OF OUR HOME GAMES ARE MANAGEABLE.

Yes I have to wait until after the draft. How do you even know who we are picking at this point and what positions and what needs they fill?
Based on our roster right now, 10-6. I don't see the upgrades on offense to see a repeat of last year's record.
