Main thing I remember about Steve Wallace is "the shell". Was just looking him up... didn't know he was related to comedian/actor George Wallace.

My favorite moment was watching him maul and drive Junior Seau 15 yards backwards down the field in the Superbowl on a running play. He was FIRED UP! Loved that...

Wallace was ahead of his time in protecting the head. Got to give him credit. Can you picture Michael Crabtree wearing that?
