Believe it. With Brock back, doubt Cox wants to play exclusive backup and/or the slot. Plus he's 2 years older than Culliver.

Cox has been making peanuts (by NFL standards) his entire career. He will most likely be going to the highest bidder. Would love to keep him, but Baalke went heavy on CBs the previous draft for a reason (Acker, Reaser, Ward, DJohnson).
