Ok, Willis re-did his deal back in october, when he pushed up the remaining signing bonus pro-rated into 2012. He doesnt have $1.25M Workout bonuses like reported, they are actually 500K workout bonuses. And yearly he has $609,375K Roster Bonus yearly.

He also got a $4.8M supersede signing bonus pro-rated over 5 years(2011-2015).

He added the extra $960K onto his already $3,543,333M from his original $15.5M signing bonus which was pro-rated over 6 years, not the 5 I originally had.

His cap figure is indeed over $17.7M for 2012. But his salaries go down in 2013-2015. 2016 he had no Signing Bonus due anyway.

Also Anthony Davis and Mike Iupati's One Timers were incentives that were reached in 2010, and put onto the teams 2010 salary during the un-cappped season.

The only difference I didnt have was I forgot to factor in Gore's extra $1.65M in bonuses that he can achieve. When signed his extension, it noted he was eligible for $4M in bonuses in 2012. But for 2013 and 2014, he has the same salary, but one is guaranteed, the other can be voided.

And Joe Staley, by reaching his first pro bowl, earned an extra $500K onto his base salaries in each season left, 2012-2017.

I now have the team at around 35M, if it is correct that they only were able to carry over 12.6M like Maiocco reported., if it was 16.87M it would go up to around 39-40M.

What hurt, but good for Alex, was he achieved all his incentives, making his contract out to his full $6.5M($4M Base and $2.5M Incentives) after his playoff win against Saints.

The only thing I can think of the 16.87M turing into 12.6M is the fact the team used all 3 $1M exceptions, likely on Norris, Spencer and Haralson.
