Where are all of the people that felt that Williams could return punts and we don't need to resign Ginn? One of the things that I like about Ginn, as with any good returner, is that they always play smart. They secure the ball, know when to return, know when to call a fair catch, and generally do not hurt the team. I won't make Williams a scapegoat however. He just isn't what people wanted to make him out to be.
