aldon making the pro bowl when he doesnt even start on his own team would be awesome, just like when kobe in his 2nd year started in the all star game when he wasnt even the starting 2 guard for the lakers, eddie jones was and he made it too

This list! Possibly Goldson also
Mike Iupat and Navarro Bowman probably won't get the nod.
Frank Gore MAY get the nod.
Aldon Smith MAY get the nod but MAYBE won't because he's only considered a "3rd down guy" and not a full time starter.
Goldson WILL get the nod.
And also, we're forgetting blake constanzo, the special team ace.

usually when there 2 games left, so maybe sometime this week, if not next week, its always announced with games left to play
Only way he makes it is if two QBs dont play in the game. Rodgers, Brees, Romo are the top 3. Followed by Ryan, Stafford, Newton
Your top three are correct. But 4/5/6 are Ryan, Stafford and Newton? No way. Especially for something like the Pro Bowl, where having the better record matters heavily.
After your top three, #s 4 and 5 are Eli and Alex. Probably in that order, but there's room to argue.

It should be the 49er defense vs. the best offensive players in the AFC.

My bad you can replace Newton with Eli. That knocks Alex even further down the list.

Goldson could easily be the 3rd best safety in the NFL behind the untouchable perch of Reed and Polamalu.

I don't think Aldon Smith makes it simply because he's considered as a DE and JPP, Jared Allen, and Justin Smith would get the spots over him.
Also, I think Bruce Miller should get some consideration
