Playoff Scenarios

If...We make the playoffs at 10-6 or 11-5, I think we will be in good shape. We have only lost to good teams. That doesn't mean that will be the same outcome in the playoffs. This team might do better if they have their backs against the wall as the #6 seed. They will know that every game they will play away and the defense will know that they have to be lights out because the offense struggles at times. Besides the pessimistic Fans...we know the Niers are capable of beating any team in the NFL. The NFC is tough but we can beat these teams: Green Bay, Saints, Arizona, Chicago, Detroit, Philly, etc...

The hardest game for sure is @ Seattle come playoff time. If they beat us on Dec. 8th, it might not be so bad. It will be 2 games for our coaches to watch to know what doesn't work. It hard to beat a team 3 times in one year. I just hope that we come away healthy from the Dec. 8th Seattle game and the remaining games so we can be full strength come playoff time.
not making the playoffs this year guys. so the tiebreakers are against us we have to much to overcome. get a top 20 pick and also kap's price tag went from $100+mill to about 2-3yrs at $8mill per. we can rebuild this fast but gotta start nailing these picks and sign some proven wr's.

i don't think roman will be fired though and thats a problem

johnson is on the wrong side of 30 and a lot of injuries. we would just be getting another Boldin. We should of made a move for Josh Gordon.
I don't have the time today, but if another poster is at home chillin look up and bring back the remaining schedules for teams that are in the wildcard huh..as well as Detroit, who could easily give up their division.

its weird but all these teams some way play each other.....and that might work into our favor. We only play the Cards one time, but yeah it might me the deciding one.

I use espn's page because you can just click on the team in the schedule and it will take you straight to their schedule.

at the time we thought mario would fix all and later crabs and i still think it was the right decision at the time to make. at the time we did not know vernon would get knocked out again and mario has just been average. actually i think roman needs to go first and then we get some players. not the other way around
i dont think the 49ers and cards game in week 17 is going to be for the 6th seed. one of us will falter before then and lose one game too many, hoping its them.
Bunch of cry babies on here. Do you guys even know how pathetic you sound?! We have been playing sub par this season BUT we haven't lost to scrubs.
SEA- obviously a great all around team in seattle, for some reason we can't put together a complete game there.
IND- snuck up on a little bit, bullied us for 60 minutes but we still kept it close and I believe VD was hurt.
CAR- great D, held them to 10 points. 10 POINTS!!!!!!! VD out.
NO- in it the entire game, should have won if not for the b******t penalty.
All 4 are playoff teams, there's nothing to be down about especially when we haven't been clicking on offense. I have faith that this is the little adversity that helps unite a team and to gain momentum heading into the post season. I believe we will be the most dangerous team regardless of our seeding come January.

i'd rather lose to scrubs. when you get to the playoffs all you see is good teams, many of whom in the nfc have already beaten us. now of course we could win a re-match but the 'we only lose to good teams' stuff is complete hog wash, you need to beat all of those teams to get where we want to get.
Guess we're just gonna have to win the whole. f**king. Thing.

We're not making the playoffs.
"We're pretty sure everything will be just fine."
Wildcard. We'll get in at 10-6
