Well, if the niners get to the SB, it won't matter to me as they won't be here anyway. Rather it be that way. When is the SB supposed to this year? The PB is on the 29th of Jan. I believe.
The Packers are undefeated and all the homers and uneducated see a Packer on the ballot and think that he must automatically be the best. Another reason why fan voting, especially in the NFL with the HUGE size of NFL rosters for each team, is pointless and a disgrace.

in all honesty Navarro Bowman deserves the start in the Pro Bowl. I know Patrick Willis is the best, but based on this season, Bowman forsure.

Willis has had the better season.

Why don't people understand this? Do they watch the game? We have asked Willis to do more things in this defense. Like cover people. He has phenomenal speed and is doing. He's knocking the ball down and doing good in coverage. We put him there because he is faster than Bowman. This leads to less tackles (coverage). But he is performing at the usual dominanat level with everything he does.

Because Bowman had a few stellar games right as we started gathering momentum and it has stuck in people's minds.

Willis is one of the last true all-around MLBs in the game.. He can play anti-run, he can blitz, he can play zone, he can play man. He reads and diagnoses plays as well as anyone. He hits ferociously yet never draws a flag for dirty play. He's on the field when it's 1st and 10, when it's 3rd and 15, and when it's 4th and 1.

With the rise of position specialists, guys like this are rare birds and getting rarer.

Navarro does have more tackles, but I believe Willis has more sacks and passes defensed. He is playing a complete game, and definitely gets my vote before Navarro.
PRO BOWL REALLY?? I know we have pride in our players and they certainly deserve to go to the probowl. But how does that help our team going forward? Let's keep our guys under the radar. When it comes to re-signing these guys does it not help that they were not elected to the stupid biased probowl? In other words, I want to make sure we lock up Bowman. Having the "Probowl election" on his resume will not help in the negotiations and make his value skyrocket. Just my opinion.

Its about the TEAM.
This needs a bump after I just read

Lets get these Niners voted in, even though they probably won't play in the Pro Bowl since it's one week before the Super Bowl

16 49ers are in the top 5 at their positions
You do realize none of this matters, right? There won't be any 49ers playing in the pro bowl.

Where is T.Brown? This is an outrage!

Was just about to say...
don't the fans only account for half of the pro bowl selection process? i thought coaches and players vote too
This years pro bowl is getting a lot national attention because of the Packer fan base stuffing the ballot box. If you haven't figured it out by now the Pro Bowl has become a joke it has become a popularity contest instead of a contest that acknowledges the best of the best.

IDK bout that. 74 Tackles vs 92 Tackles. I understand that offense's scheme away from willis, but regardless, Bowman has been the Willis of the past 3 years this year. I have not seen anyone get past him. When you think about a MLB's job, it is to stop the run, and that tackle stat doesn't lie that no one has done that better than bowman this season.

Stats don't tell the whole story. Willis has been better.

Especially in coverage
