Here is his scouting report from NFLDraftScout.com :
Overview
One of the most decorated defenders in Football Championship Subdivision history, Legree's 22 career interceptions put him in the pantheon of defensive backs ever to play in the former Division 1-AA. His production even earned him the only FCS slot on the Broncko Nagurski Award preseason watch list each of the past two years - and, more important for his NFL future, a late invitation to the Scouting Combine.
The all-Georgia pick as a defensive back and receiver in high school started his career in Boone, N.C. on special teams, making 20 tackles. His 10 picks as a sophomore led the country, and he also made 58 tackles and broke up seven other passes in the first of three consensus first-team All-American seasons. He was also quite productive in his junior (70 tackles, seven INTs, six PBUs) and senior (49 tackles, five INTs, eight PBUs) seasons despite offenses trying to avoid his gaze.
Though Legree's interception total is formidable, NFL scouts wonder if he'll duplicate his playmaking ability against pro quarterbacks, who will not throw as many jump balls as he saw at the FCS level. His tackling and discipline in coverage will also be questioned when teams watch the film, but his size and ball skills could still earn him a late-round grade.
Analysis
Strengths: Excellent ball skills for a centerfielder. Extends away from his frame to grab interceptions, also willing to fight for the ball in traffic. Baits quarterbacks into making poor decisions. Uses height and vertical jump to high-point deep passes. Good sideline awareness after the catch. Leader of the defense, directs secondary members before the snap. Attacks receivers over the middle, uses long arms and closing speed to make them feel his wrath whether they are in the air or on the ground. Will plant ballcarriers into the ground once attached. Good hustle to stop big plays from being touchdowns.
Weaknesses: Adequate bulk for the position, but does not play particularly strong when facing blockers inside. Inconsistent wrapping up, will duck and lower his shoulder. Lacks elite speed to stay with receivers or get angles on deep plays. Straight-line player who struggles to break down and change directions on the run. Does not feel cut or man-up blocks downfield very well. Jumps underneath routes, allowing receivers to get behind him.

He's been on the Seahawks and Cards teams this year? And we just happen to have 5 division games coming up? Really? I wonder why we signed him.

i like it. sounds like he's got some skills. Safety depth might be an issue next year, too, so its good to get an early jump on trying to get that position figured out.

Hey this guy was on my sleeper list for the draft! He's a ball-hawk. I think he's got a lot of potential...not sure how much of the reason they picked him up was to get inside info on Seattle & Arizona... they can probably learn a whole lot... either way this is great! Hope he stays.

Perhaps, but few are better than Jones at running really, really fast and tackling punt returners.
