He didn't break any rules though, he didn't attack anyone. He posted his opinion on Jed and his shady land dealings. I don't see how that is against any rules. It's okay to disagree on stuff as long as it's in the rules.

Let's get this straight then move on. He posted a statement which was factually incorrect. I asked for a justification or a retraction. After discussions he has posted a retraction so the matter is now over.

I just want to show my love and support for Jed York. I think he's a great guy, and he did a lot not only for the community of Santa Clara but for the San Francisco 49ers and it's entire fan base! 
I also think that Young2Rice didn't mean any harm with his post and that he was placed on timeout unfairly.
