Signing Kap isn't up to York. He doesn't need to sign anyone to prove his statement as Reid is on the team and has been supported throughout his protest.

Except Trump would easily be able to turn that action around and further energize those who support him.
These players need to do what they believe in and let the chips fall where they may. Acting in a way to elicit an action or feeling in someone else hardly ever works out in the long term.
