We are actually using Vernon Davis, but he keeps dropping balls.

Today he dropped a 3rd down conversion and then butterfingered another on the money deep ball by Alex.

If Vernon wants the ball thrown his way more ofter, he better start making the easy catchs!

I know blocking stinks but it helps out the running game which will help open up the deep ball like he dropped today.

Keep your head up Vernon, and the big plays will come your way.

He droped one ball today, so the hell what! You do not give up on the worlds most gifted Tight End to ever put on a uniform! Steve Young said it best "If I was coach of the 49ers we would be throwing the ball to Vernon 15-20times a game." And I agree with that 100%

Vernon was sure in the gameplan today. Big drop and the fumble hurt it. But we were certainly looking for him. Good game 49ers.
