The roughing the passer call on Alden Smith in the first quarter was a horrible call.

LIES that was actually a good call Aldon Smith CAN NOT go so low like that at a quarterback who's just sitting in the pocket no matter what, rookie mistake

One no call that went our way was when Anthony Davis straight up legged dropped one of the Lions D-Line men (Cliff Avril I believe). It on that same play that Sopoaga (supposely) ripped off that helmet...Did anyone else see that?

That's that Carson Palmer/Kemeatu play a couple of years ago in the playoffs

Aldon got tripped up and on the way down wrapped up Stafford's legs. Stafford threw the ball while falling backwards. Pure BS.

still he purposely went for the legs you can tell by the replay even though he was blocked down he held himself up and used his arms and legs to propel himself at stafford. that was one of the few good calls of the day glad stafford didn't get hurt

you guys are reaching here
Some of the false start is because the crowd, that is understandable, but I thought that the penalty for kicking the ball was bogus, look at the replay, we missed on an interception if I recalled and the player hoped over another player from being tripped up, and he may have kicked the ball, but it was not really Intentional.
There were two other calls that I would say is debatable.
On the first play, VB was not offside, Staley didn't move fast enough because he couldn't here the count so it looked like he was standing still, but they corrected that later.

They called a delay of game penalty on the kick and rightfully so. That's just a bone headed play by whoever did it. Can't blame the refs for enforcing the rules.

Lets not forget that there were some questionable calls that went in our favor too.
It was almost as if the refs felt guilty for their s**tty calls against in the 1st half..

It was a difficult game to officiate. Both side were chippy about it and there were 10 penalties for every one called. And there were a number of tough calls to make. I imagine the refs were glad when the game was over.

The refs made numerous bad calls, and it wasn't just against one team. Overall they were just horrible. The list is long.

How is nobody talking about the two Detroit touchdowns that were originally called incomplete, then overruled as touchdowns? The Pettigrew TD where Willis yanked the ball out and the Burleson TD where the ground caused the fumble. I swear every time the refs convened the call went Detroit's way.
Also, Crabtree's almost TD with one foot in bound twice is more impressive then getting both feet in, that should be a new rule. And thank God that Delanie Walker walker go-ahead score wasn't called back. The refs couldn't job us on that one.
