Referees in Detroit game

It seemed like the refs were a little slanted to the home team in the calls they made.

VanDem Bosch seemed offside on the first play of the game (jumping the snap) when the fumble happend.
Some of the false starts, it looked like some of the Detroit players had come across early and induced the 49er offensive linemen to move early. It looked on tv like Harbaugh was complaining about this to the refs.

Sorry I dont have the video to support. Did anybody else see it this way too?

how about that horse collar on gore?
The "Horse Collar" call was BS also.

Man, the refs really need to understand what's allowable motion and what isn't and what is illegal formation. They've been dumb in that area.

it was a good call.that type off tackle has no place in the game

That was one out of 15.
refs always seem to lean towards the home crowd, but it was bad both ways. we shot ourselves in the foot a lot of times, plain and simple.
Interestingly, the Detroit fans also feel aggrieved by the officiating. Takes real talent to offend both teams!

except it wasnt a horse collar.

how about that high/low chop block?

the point is, bad calls were made for and against the niners.

9ers were not suppose to win that game (Ref's one sided game)

Even though Gore's jersey stretched back ...you still can grab the collar

Some of the players commented on it, Cornerback Chris Culliver said it seemed as if the officials were "Detroit fans."

Seemed like detroit was screwed more so than us. Our penalties were stupid ones... Kicking the ball, False starts, encroachment, offsides, challenging a reviewed play, etc

you guys are reaching here

i disagree, some of the false starts were a given, but there is almost some form of a false start on every play. And the refs sure were trying to call it on us. The refs really were trying to keep the Lions undefeated, it was b.s.

Lions should be embarassed for losing to a team, after they paid the refs to help them win the game.
Well atleast when alex gets hit in the head this year they've called that. Really nice to see davis not false starting, but 15 is retared, you fumble and throw a int. you should loss the game, but lol defense played a great game!
