I can only see the Packers and Patriots being ranked ahead of us. The Saints were beat by a team we destroyed and the Bills lost. What do you think?

Ravens should still be ranked above the Niners, but definitely top 5.

Peter King has us at 2
Seems a little high for me...but then again, how we got our record is beyond impressive. I have a hard time thinking we could beat the Pats, but that just could be a mental block.

Ravens lost to the Titans in week 2, definitely beatable once you shut down their run game. But since they're an east coast team I wouldn't be surprised if they're ahead of us.

NICE!
But I would like to see our offense open it up a bit more consistently with a longer passing game just to keep teams from crowding the line for our rushing game. Gotta have both going come playoff time.

I'll remain humble and say we still belong behind the Packers and Patriots, and could arguably be anywhere in the top 3-5.
It's funny because while I definitely think we have a pretty good shot against the Steelers(at home on primetime), Giants (home), and Ravens, which are really the only two games we have left that will be against teams who'll finish with winning records (possibly Redskins too)...the rest of the games, especially those in the division are going to feel a lot like trap games, something we haven't really been in the situation of in so long..
I went into the season "overly optimistic" some would say, but I still think it's crazy that if we keep playing at this level 13-3 is absolutely within reach, and an unheard of 15-1 while insane, wouldn't even be a complete miracle.
that said, 12-4 or 11-5 wouldn't even upset me aside from the feeling directly after the losses obviously.

How quickly this season has changed haha. We went form thinking this would be a 9-7 season at the best to 12-4 or 11-5 not upsetting us. What the hell man haha. f**kin Harbaugh.

Who was the guy who kept predicting 0-16 in the preseason? Is the new guess 5-11?
